Eugene Ghounarides - ProStaff

Lures & Tours is proud to be sponsoring Eugene again for 2009. His generosity and enthusiasm are two reasons he contributes his time to Casting Kids, through his membership in York Bassmasters.

Eugene's truck sports the Lures & Tours logo. You will notice the logo on his new Mizmo Shirt, just below "DockTalk.ca". That is Eugene's own website where he will soon be sharing his knowledge on angling.

Through the season we will be attending fishing events where Eugene appears such as the Ontario Bass tournaments and Casting Kids. Our booklets contain expert angler tips and Eugene was kind enough to share his advice on introducing children to fishing. The full article is available - CLICK HERE

You will find the article "Take Me Fishing" in both the Lake Simcoe/Couchiching and Kawartha Lakes ediitions.

PRESS RELEASE

Lures & Tours renews its Sponsorship Agreement with angler Eugene Ghounarides.

Bobcaygeon, March 4, 2009 – Lures & Tours commenced its agreement with tournament angler Eugene Ghounarides, effective immediately. A resident of Toronto, Eugene has been involved in the sport of tournament fishing for the past several years.

As part of the agreement, Eugene will have the Lures & Tours logo on his tournament shirts. In addition, his truck and boat will sport the company's logo. A special section of the Lures & Tours website will profile Eugene 's fishing accomplishments and expertise. Lures & Tours will be taking every opportunity to showcase Eugene in the extensive amount of tournament photography the company provides to organizations like the CSFL and the CIFC. These photos are shared with the public, fishing clubs and other sponsors by request. The company is proud to have Eugene representing Lures & Tours since he brings the qualities of sportsmanship and family values that place sport fishing in the mainstream of recreational tourism.

Based in Bobcaygeon, Ontario, Lures & Tours has developed a series of unique sport fishing directories for destinations such as Lake Simcoe, Kawartha Lakes and the about to be launched directory for the Bay of Quinte. The combination of a pocket size booklet and an information filled website for each region builds a comprehensive link between fishermen and the businesses that serve them. With Eugene Ghounarides , we will put a face to the friendly and family oriented aspects of competitive sport fishing that drew us to sponsoring fishing shows and events for several years now.

More organizations are discovering that Lures & Tours is dedicated to the promotion and networking of activities that help sport fishing and tourism.
